I'm Sabrina Zuniga and this is my studio's website. This page explains what information I collect when you visit or sign up, why, who helps me handle it, and the choices you have. I've written it the way I'd explain it to a friend. If anything is unclear, email me at hello@sonderbrandhouse.com.

who i am
Sonder Brand House is the trading name of Sonder Digital Agency LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Houston, Texas, United States. I'm the owner and the only person who works here. In this policy, "I", "me" and "my" mean the company.
what i collect
Things you give me
- When you join the waitlist or the newsletter: your first name and email address, the date you joined, and which page or link you came from (for example "Instagram" or "the waitlist page").
- When you email or message me: whatever you choose to share, plus your email address or Instagram handle so I can reply.
- When you buy something (once checkout is open): your name, email and billing details go to Stripe, my payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.
- When you become a client: the business details, files and brand material you share with me for the work.
Things collected automatically
- Basic visit statistics through Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from (country or state), and what kind of device they use. This tool does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Google Analytics, only if you say yes in the cookie banner. It uses cookies to tell me how people move through the site. IP addresses are shortened.
- Technical logs that any web host keeps for security: your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit, kept briefly by Vercel.
I don't buy data about you, track you across other websites, or run advertising networks on this site.
how i use it
- To send you what you asked for: the Move-In Checklist, waitlist updates, the weekly email, event details and receipts.
- To tell you about my offers, like the Open House and the bootcamp, if you've joined a list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.
- To reply to you and do client work.
- To understand which pages and links help people, so I can make the site better. The "where you came from" note on sign-ups is used for this only.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal and tax obligations.
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. Ever.
the tools that help me
Like any small business, I rely on a few trusted services. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:
| Service | What it does for me | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| Flodesk | Sends my emails and keeps my subscriber list | Name, email, sign-up date and source, which emails you open or click |
| Vercel | Hosts this website and the cookie-free visit statistics | Server logs, page-view counts |
| Google Analytics | Optional visit statistics (only with your consent) | Cookies, shortened IP, pages viewed |
| Stripe | Takes payments | Name, email, payment details |
| Zoom | Runs the live classes | Name and email you join with |
| Google Workspace, HoneyBook, Calendly | Email, client contracts and invoices, call booking | What you send me and your booking details |
| ManyChat | Replies automatically on Instagram when you comment or DM a keyword | Your Instagram handle and the message |
Some of these companies store data in the United States. If you're visiting from outside the US, your information will be handled here.
cookies
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser to remember something. This site uses two kinds:
| Kind | Name | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Needed | sbh-consent | Remembers your cookie choice so I don't ask again | 6 months |
| Needed | sbh-touch, sbh-sub, sbh-pp | Remembers which link you arrived from, that you've already signed up, and that you've closed the newsletter box (so it doesn't keep popping up) | 14 days to 1 year |
| Analytics (optional) | _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics, only after you accept | Up to 2 years |
You can change your mind any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
- See, fix or delete what I hold about you: email me and I'll do it within 30 days.
- Say no to analytics cookies in the banner or the cookie settings link.
If you live in California, the UK or the European Union, you have specific legal rights to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to certain uses, and to complain to your local data protection authority. I honor those rights for everyone, wherever you live. I don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it. To use any right, email hello@sonderbrandhouse.com; I may ask you to confirm it's really you first.
how long i keep things
Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, or after a long stretch of inactivity when I tidy the list. Client files: for the project and up to seven years afterwards for tax and legal records. Website statistics: Vercel keeps them for a limited period; Google Analytics is set to 14 months.
children
This site and my services are for adults running a business. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given me their details, email me and I'll delete them.
changes
If I change this policy in a way that matters, I'll update the date at the top and, if you're on my list, tell you in an email. Questions, any time: hello@sonderbrandhouse.com, or write to Sonder Digital Agency LLC, Houston, Texas.

No newsletter voice, no 2,000 words. Just the one thing I'd text a friend who runs a business.
