These are the rules for using this website and for buying my digital products, live classes and the bootcamp. I've kept them short and honest. Done-for-you projects and team setups have their own written agreement, which replaces anything here that conflicts with it.

using the site

Everything on sonderbrandhouse.com, from the words and the design to the stickers and the code, belongs to Sonder Digital Agency LLC (doing business as Sonder Brand House) unless I say otherwise. You're welcome to read, share links, and quote a line or two with credit. Please don't copy pages, templates or illustrations for your own site or products. The site is provided as it is; I work hard to keep it accurate, but prices, dates and details can change, and the page you're on is always the current version.

buying from me

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout, and your receipt comes from Stripe. When you buy a digital product or a seat in a class, you get a personal, lifetime licence to use it for your own business (see what you can do with what you buy). Access details arrive by email, usually within a few minutes. If they don't, check your spam folder, then email hello@sonderbrandhouse.com and I'll sort it out.

Founding and early-bird prices are exactly what they say: a price offered for a set period, at my discretion, and not applied retroactively.

refunds

• The AI Open House ($27): because you get the recording and the materials right away, this one is non-refundable. If you can't make it live, the recording is yours.
• Move-In Ready, the 3-day bootcamp ($97 / $197 with The Wiring): full refund if you ask before 12:00 pm Central on the day before Day 1. After that, no refunds, because the live seat, the workbook and the toolkit have been delivered. If life gets in the way, every session is recorded and the replays are yours.
• Replays and other digital products: non-refundable once delivered, because they can't be returned.
• If something is broken on my end (a link that never arrives, a file that won't open) and I can't fix it within a reasonable time, I'll refund you in full. Email me and tell me what happened.

live classes

Live sessions run on Zoom at the dates and times shown when you buy. I may record them, and by joining you agree that your voice, name and anything you share on screen may appear in the replay that other students receive. Keep the chat kind; I can remove anyone who disrupts a session, without a refund. If I have to move a session (illness, an outage, a hurricane; this is Houston), I'll tell you by email with the new date, and you can choose a refund instead if the new date doesn't work.

what you can do with what you buy

Your purchase is for you and the business you own or work in. You can use the prompts, templates, workbook and anything you create with them in that business, forever. You can't resell, share, give away or teach from my materials, upload them to a public AI model or a course, or use them to build a competing product. One business per purchase; if you want to use The Wiring for clients or a second business, email me for a licence that fits.

results

I teach what works for me and my clients, and I'll give you my honest best. But I can't promise what AI tools will do next week, or what your results will be, because that depends on your business, your brand work and the time you put in. Nothing I share is legal, financial or tax advice. Always check anything an AI writes before you send it to a client.

responsibility

To the fullest extent Texas law allows, my responsibility to you for anything connected with the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid me for it. I'm not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or problems caused by third-party tools (like Claude, Zoom, Stripe or Flodesk) that I don't control.

texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas. If one part of these terms turns out not to be enforceable, the rest still stands. I may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when, and the version on the site when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
